Return & Refund Policy (As per Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019)
At Trinari, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Laws, ensuring fairness and transparency for both our customers and our store.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only within 3 days from the date of delivery.
A return request will be accepted only under genuine concerns such as:
- Wrong Size issue (Only Exchange)
- Damaged or defective product received
- Incorrect product received
Any other reasons such as "change of mind", "no longer needed", or "personal preference" will not be considered eligible for return.
Important Note on Return Reason Submission:
Once a return request is submitted with a selected reason, the return reason cannot be changed, edited, or revised at a later stage. Requests to modify the return reason after submission will not be accepted.
2. Return Options
Once your return is approved, you can choose from the following options:
a) Exchange: Exchange the item for the same design (different size) or another design from our collection.
b) Store Credit: We offer lifetime store credit (Trinari Wallet) with no expiry. You can use this credit to purchase any product from our website in the future.
c) Refund to Original Payment Method (in Genuine Cases Only): If the return request is genuinely concerning and approved, you may request a refund to your original payment method. However, please note:

Forward shipping charges and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 or 30 working days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
- For size issues - Refund to Original Payment Method is not available.
While this option is available, our preferred and faster mode of resolution remains store credit or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are strictly non-returnable:

International orders (orders shipped outside India)

Custom-made or tailored products (including customized measurements or made-on-order designs)
4. Policy on Late Delivery
At Trinari, we make every effort to deliver your order within the committed timeline. However, sometimes courier or logistic delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (like weather, strikes, or network issues).
Please note:

In cases of late delivery, a full refund on the original payment method is not available.

You may request a rebate refund, i.e., a partial compensation deducted from the total paid amount, depending on the delay and situation.

Alternatively, you can request a store credit (Trinari Wallet) for the full paid amount, which will remain valid for lifetime and can be used for any future purchase.
This ensures fair handling while considering both customer satisfaction and operational realities.
4. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is shipped or in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests before dispatch will be considered only if the product has not been handed over to the courier.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

File your request from our website here within 3 days of delivery.

Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach images/videos (if applicable).

Once approved, our team will arrange for reverse pickup or share return instructions.

Upon receiving the item, a quality check will be conducted. After verification, the selected resolution (exchange, store credit, or refund) will be processed.
6. Important Notes

The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

In case the product fails the quality inspection, the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to the customer.

For refunds via original payment, bank processing time may vary as per the payment gateway or bank policies.
7. Cancellation Refund Policy (For Non-Dispatched Orders)
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us before the order is dispatched. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible as the item enters the logistics network.
For cancellation requests received before dispatch, the refund will be processed as per the following terms:
- Refund initiation for cancelled, non-dispatched orders may take 7–10 or 30 days or more for settlement, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
- Trinari will submit the refund request within the applicable processing cycle; however, the final settlement duration is subject to bank/payment gateway processes, national holidays, high-volume periods, and system delays or our internal delays.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
This clause ensures transparency and sets realistic expectations regarding cancellation-related refunds while maintaining compliance with standard e-commerce practices.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy is drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, ensuring compliance with all applicable Indian laws regarding online purchases, returns, and refunds.
