Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (India):

 

Standard Shipping: Orders within the country are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery times range between 7-12 business days, depending on the destination.

 

Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer an express shipping option only on prepaid. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, with an expected delivery time of 3-5 business days.

 

 

International Shipping:

Orders shipped internationally are processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days. Delivery times range between 15 -20 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures of the receiving country.

 

 

General Information:

 

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the shipping method and destination.
• If an order is not shipped within 30 days, it will be considered canceled, and the paid amount will be refunded to the customer's original payment method or bank account.
• If an order is delayed due to unforeseen issues and the customer requests a cancellation before the 30-day period, the paid amount will be credited to the original payment method.  
• If we are unable to deliver an order within 45 days (whether shipped or unfulfilled), the customer is eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed to the customer's original payment method.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply to international shipments.
